The service of the staff are excellent, no hassles with parking and payment. Good place for food and shopping. More relaxed location away from city and yet easy access. Unit very clean and spacious. Good place for families and groups

Good space for a family.

There was no washing machine in the apt, even though it was advertised as having washing facilities, which was a main reason we chose this, because we have young kids and they go thru many clothes a day. When I had asked the staff why the apt didn't have a washing machine, they said it was because I had not asked for one and that only some apts have washing machines in them!!! And when I asked to change to an apt with one, she unapologetically said that all these apts had already been checked into.

The fact that it was able to accommodate up to 8 people.

The check-in and check-out process are improved as the staffs are waiting at the lobby after informing them for my arrival and departure time. The connecting apartment is also available and good for a large family member. The iron is also available upon request and it would be nice to provide a washing machine. The staffs are very helpful, friendly and two Access cards were given.

With their new management, you need to pay a deposit of RM100 and indeed refundable during the check-out.

Spacious apartment with limited facilities.

Arrived at the apartment but was unable to check-in..no reception at all. The phone number on Booked.net does not exist. The rude receptionist at the Tower B was not helpful at all and was told that the office is beyond the secured doors to level 7. Finally, was shown a table calender with information stuck on it. The Tower B apartment is still under construction and therefore subjected to noise,dust and an elevator covered in plywood! The apartment we stayed in was dusty and and water dripping from the air condition. The shower head was leaking and was closed to the wall water heater with electrical wiring exposed to the moist environment. The electrical tripped on may occasion.There is no internet or wi-fi connection. There is no wardrobe at all.

Its very convenient and reasonably price for holidaying with family. I have 4 families coming along and all of them enjoyed the stayed and happy with the facilities and price. Rooms are clean and very well kept. I would promote this to all who wants are coming to KK with families (mine more than 10 including 5 children and an infant). Transportation may not be a problem as there are constant taxis available or you can rent. Facilities at 1Borneo is excellent and no problem getting foods or other amenities. Thanks to Debbie (owner) who is very nice and pleasant. Hope in future can provide microwave and offer connecting rooms. (available if inform earlier)

The location of this apartment is very strategic. It has an easy access to shopping complexes. The staffs are very friendly and approachable. The apartment is really suitable for those who bring their family for a vacation.

The cleanliness of this apartment is quite disappointing. The staffs should ensure that the cleanliness of the apartments and the facilities are up to its standard.

I would say overall we are enjoyed and satisfied with the service apartment. With a large family stayed at the same room, we are given 2 access card, 2 free parking with security level quite high. Thanks a lot to Madam Debbie for her kind services.

1. The apartment is within 1 Borneo Hypermall with wide variety of shops, good entertainment such as cinema, bowling etc. 2. Free Parking with 24 hrs security
